Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registrations for the UFC GYM 2027 Global Franchise Convention are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for any reason, including travel disruptions or schedule conflicts.
Transfers
In place of a refund, a registration may be transferred to another eligible individual within the same franchise organization. Transfer requests must be received at least 30 days before the first day of the convention (February 17, 2027) — no later than January 17, 2027.
Requests submitted after January 17, 2027, cannot be accommodated, and the original registration will remain in the originally registered attendee's name.
How to Request a Transfer
Email convention2027@ufcgym.com with the badge number, the name of the current registrant, and the name and contact details of the new attendee.
